Thank you for shopping with us. We work hard to ship your order quickly, safely, and with as little environmental impact as possible.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. During sales, special promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. We ship via major carriers such as USPS and UPS. Available options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping 
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Local Pickup 
Local pickup is available at our shop location. If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notice before coming in.

Local Delivery 
Local delivery may be available within a limited radius. Eligibility and delivery fees, if any, will be shown at checkout. Delivery timing will be arranged after your order is placed.

Refill & Liquid Product Orders
Liquid and refill products are packed carefully to prevent leaks. Please make sure shipping addresses are correct and secure locations are available for delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures after delivery.

Sustainable Packaging
Whenever possible, we use reused, recyclable, and minimal packaging materials. Your order may arrive in a reused box or with recycled packing materials as part of our commitment to waste reduction.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help file a carrier claim when appropriate.
